General Process
Registration begins in February for all new and continuing students. The following are required:
- Completed application form
- Emergency information
- Interview (new students only)
- Birth certificate and two small photos (new students only)
- Complete and updated immunization record
- Non-refundable registration fee which includes textbooks, insurance, standardized tests, and earthquake supplies
- Workbook fee for students’ workbooks to be used through the school year
- Publications fee for one yearbook & newsletters per family
- Parent Involvement fee credited towards tuition following completion of 20 hours of volunteer time
Preschool
- Children under 3 years of age may be admitted per approval from the Principal and Preschool Director
- Children who are 3 years of age on or before September 1 will be admitted to Preschool I in August of that year
- Children who are 4 years of age on or before September 1 will be admitted to Preschool II in August of that year

- Students entering Kindergarten must complete a Report of Health Examination for school entry
- 2020-21 Financial Aid Application
No shots? No records? No School! The California Department of Public health requires all students to be up to date with their immunizations. It is required that a copy of immunization records be submitted to the school office before admission.
