General Process

Registration begins in February for all new and continuing students. The following are required:

  • Completed application form
  • Emergency information
  • Interview (new students only)
  • Birth certificate and two small photos (new students only)
  • Complete and updated immunization record
  • Non-refundable registration fee which includes textbooks, insurance, standardized tests, and earthquake supplies
  • Workbook fee for students’ workbooks to be used through the school year
  • Publications fee for one yearbook & newsletters per family
  • Parent Involvement fee credited towards tuition following completion of 20 hours of volunteer time


  • Children under 3 years of age may be admitted per approval from the Principal and Preschool Director
  • Children who are 3 years of age on or before September 1 will be admitted to Preschool I in August of that year
  • Children who are 4 years of age on or before September 1 will be admitted to Preschool II in August of that year

Registration and Other Forms

No shots? No records? No School! The California Department of Public health requires all students to be up to date with their immunizations.
